Register Now - In Four Easy Steps!

If you are interested in receiving applications for InterExchange Camp USA participants, you can register online or print out the forms and send them in. You are under no obligation to accept candidates, and registration is free.

Option 1. Register Online

Please read all directions before you begin the registration process.

In order to fully register with InterExchange Camp USA, you must complete all of the following forms. After you complete each form, you will be directed to the next form. The registration process may take you 10-15 minutes; the first form is the longest.

Camp Profile

- Here, we ask for basic information about your camp. You will need to tell us your contact information, your camp type, the dates of camp this summer and some other general information about your staff policies (sleeping arrangements, time off, etc.). This is also your opportunity to tell us anything specific you think we should know before we send you applications to review.

Staffing Needs

- On this form, you will indicate your open positions for this summer and tell us whether you would prefer males or females for those positions. If you are only planning on participating in the InterExchange Camp USA Direct Placement program, you must mark that box on the form. You will also tell us if you have a minimum age requirement or if you have any staffing needs that we haven’t included in our standard list.

Travel Directions

- At a minimum, we need you to tell us the mode of transportation you would like your staff to use when traveling from New York to camp (at your expense) and their destination city. If you would like to specify bus lines, travel times, etc, you are welcome to do that here as well. You can also give us more than one transportation option, in case there is some sort of glitch with your first choice. Please keep in mind that your staff will not be able to depart New York until 2 pm at the earliest on the day after their arrival.

Camp Agreement
